$125 per night/4 people - 2 night minimum
Weekly rate - $695 for 6 nights for 4 people
Spring/Summer 2012
May 1 - September 30, 2012
$150 per night/4 people - 2 night minimum
Weekly Rate - $795 for 6 nights for 4 people

10.4% lodging and sales tax will be added to your lodging total
$150 fully refundable damage deposit required for all reservations.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled 10 or more days prior to arrival.
There is a $50 non-refundable fee for all canceled reservations.
Reservations canceled less than 10 days prior to arrival date forfeit entire deposit.

Reservations should be made at least 10 days in advance.
Deposits:
You must make your deposit when confirming your reservations. After you vacate the home we will inspect it to make sure there is nothing missing, damaged or broken. To avoid any confusion, if you break or damage something, it would be a good idea to contact us and let us know before you leave so we can work things out. Once we have inspected the home we will return your damage deposit (or any remainder of) to you via check and US Mail.
